Booking Policy
Deposit
To secure your appointment, we kindly request a deposit, which will be applied towards the total cost of your service. We ask that you commit to attending your scheduled appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment. This transfer option is available when the rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours prior to the initial appointment. Appointments that are canceled or result in a no-show within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please read before below before booking. Permanent makeup is not recommended if you have following.
- Allergic to Lidocaine
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Epilepsy
- Had an organ transplant
- Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis
- Skin cancer
- Pregnant or nursing
- Diabetic
- Accutane in the past year
- Skin complications (Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)
LATE POLICY
We have the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will not receive your deposit back. Our schedules are quite busy and if you are more than 15 minutes late, it can impact the next client’s appointment. We respect your time and we have allocated a dedicated time slot for all our clients.
As a preventative measure, you can Google our address and allocate enough time for travel and account for rush hour periods and parking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit for initial appointments will be forfeited if the client does not to show up to their appointment.
There is no rescheduling of any appointments.
PAYMENT
$100 + HST is required upon booking with any major credit card (Visa / MC ). Remaining balances can be made with cash or any major credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted. There is no refund on the procedure once completed.
TOUCH-UP
The first touch-up appointment can be booked within 5-8 weeks after the initial appointment.
All the touch up prices are ONLY for our current clients. If you have an existing tattoo from elsewhere, regular rates apply.
LIP BLUSH
You mast not have chapped on dry lips on the day of your appointment. If you have had a history of old sores, we strongly advise you to consult a viral prescription before your appointment.
Allergy Patch Test
Consultations for Allergy patch test are available with fee of $60 +HST that will be deducted from the total cost.
EXISTING TATTOO
If you have an existing tattoo, it would be considered Corrective Work. Please send us photos of your existing tattoo to ensure that we are able to work on the area. Please email CLEAR (without any make up and in good lightning) photos to us before booking an appointment.
LASH CONSULTATION
Not all lashes are created equal. Come in for a personalized consultation. We will analyze your natural lashes, answer all your questions and advise you on a custom lash look that fits your lifestyle and your attitude.

LASH REFILL POLICY
Refill service is available
Refill is available to lashes from our studio only. If you arrive to your refill appointment with less than 40% of your lashes remaining, your appointment may be cancelled, or switched to a full set application if time allows. Over 21 days from your initial service will be charged as a Fall Set!
All Services de considered a final Sale and are non – refundable.
